1 FILLING OF THE JACUZZI with water and heating it during the stay FOR FREE. The jacuzzi can be used from Saturday to (and including) Thursday. If you wish to have the jacuzzi already hot and waiting for you on the day of arrival, please let us know when making your reservation.
RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES
Parking spaces for 2 cars next to the house (more cars can be parked in front of the property).
Set of bedlinen for each guest: 1 set per stay
Set of towels for each guest: 1 set per stay

Air conditioning throughout the house
Wood for the fireplace (heating of the house)

Rental of bicycles and the bicycle seat for a child
Rental of water equipment: kayaks, boat, pedal boat with a slide
On request, we’ll provide the house with amenities for toddlers: feeding chair, travel cot, bathtub
TO BE PAID ADDITIONALLY
Tourist tax from each guest (rate according to the Resolution of Biskupiec Commune)
Returnable deposit (paid in cash when checking in, or in advance to the bank account): PLN 1,500
Cleaning after the end of the stay: PLN 250
Lost keys: PLN 150
Jacuzzi during the ‘PEACEFUL SEASON’ (one-time filling with water and unlimited heating during the whole stay): PLN 500
Sauna and brine graduation tower (unlimited use during the whole stay): PLN 700
At our settlement, we do not organize events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties.
PAYMENT
Advance payment (30%) as confirmation of the reservation. Payable by bank transfer to account number 75 1020 1752 0000 0302 0223 6255 (PKO Bank Polski) no later than 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining amount is payable in cash on the day of arrival.
BOARD
We do not provide meals for guests of Dadaj Settlement, but we put a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. However, if you’re interested in catering during your stay at the houses, we’ll be happy to give you some tips on where to order delicious food. On request, we gladly prepare meat for smoking. We give advice on how to use the smokehouse. Also, we encourage our guests to check out the product range of our befriended farmer, from whom they can buy traditional cold cuts, eggs, and cheeses. No more than 3 kilometres from the settlement, there are 2 restaurants where you can have a delicious meal. Moreover, the neighbouring village of Czerwonka has a Lewiatan grocery shop.
cleaning
The comfort of our guests is extremely important to us so we put a lot of heart and attention into cleaning. Beforeour guests arrive, we spend many hours thoroughly cleaning the houses. The same care is given to tidying the terraces and the garden. Then, smelling of freshness, Dadaj Settlement is ready for you.
pets
Arrival with a dog/cat is possible only after prior consultation with the owners of Dadaj Settlement. Here, we accept only adult and well-mannered dogs/cats. Guests are required never to leave their pets alone in the houses or in the garden. Please ask about the cost of bringing your pet before making a reservation.
WE ISSUE VAT INVOICES
Due to recent changes in laws on the issuing of VAT invoices, a customer who wishes to receive one must provide their tax identification number before the hotel issues the sales document. In order to receive a VAT invoice for your stay as a company, please contact us and provide your tax id number before making the payment. If no such information is communicated, the hotel issues only a sales receipt and it’s impossible to obtain a VAT invoice at a later date.

Due to the fact that Krystek House is still under construction, the prices apply only to Dadaj House. As soon as we’ve decided to start taking reservations for Krystek House, an announcement will be made on our website.
